🔸 I paid for a premium membership, but I can't see it in my account!
Did you log in with another account other than the account you paid for the membership with?
You must log in with the account you paid for the membership to check the premium status normally.
Did you make a payment with the App Store ?
Sometimes, when the connection between Apple ID and the App Store is disconnected, the membership link is released and the account is confirmed as a free account. (This often happens in the Apple App Store!)
Spicapp > Profile > Settings > Membership Management > Enter the screen to choose a product such as a monthly pass or annual pass, and go to the bottom
Restore purchasePress the button to resume the connection.
Did you pay with the website ? Have you had payment failed recently?
If payment through the website fails (card information change, insufficient balance, etc.) and resumes again, sometimes an error that does not reflect membership occurs.
In this case,
Speak App > Profile > Settings > Speak Customer Center① Speak account email address and ② Send us the receipt of the payment date and we will quickly restore it.
