📰 How do I change my monthly subscription to a yearly one?
If you’re currently on a monthly plan, you can switch to a yearly plan by following these steps:
Open the Speak app
👤 Tap Profile
⚙️ Go to Settings
Select Manage Membership
Tap Change to Annual Plan
⚠️ Please note that switching from a yearly plan to a monthly plan is not possible.
💵 What happens to my payment or refund when I change my plan?
🍎 I purchased my subscription through the Apple App Store.
The unused portion of your current monthly subscription will be automatically refunded, excluding the days you have already used.
The upgrade payment will be processed immediately.
Your yearly plan will take effect right after the payment is completed.
⚠️ However, if you make the change through the App Store’s subscription management page (not within the Speak app),
the new yearly plan will only start after your current monthly plan expires.
🤖 I purchased my subscription through Google Play Store.
When you switch from a monthly plan to a yearly plan, the yearly plan will automatically take effect after your current monthly plan expires.
