Refund for in-app purchase


🍎 Refund for subscription on iOS devices


Please note that, due to Apple’s policy, the App Store holds all payment and refund rights. All in-app purchases and refunds for iPhone and iPad must be handled through the App Store.

To request a refund, please contact the App Store directly using the link below or reach out to Apple Support.


🤖 Refund for subscription on Android devices


According to our refund policy, we can offer a full refund for purchases made within 7 days.

To request a refund for Google Play purchases, please use the support page linked below.

If your refund request through the Google Play Store is unsuccessful, please contact our support team ([email protected]) and send us the email from Google Play with your order number (starting with 'GPA').

Please note that this email is sent to the email address registered with your Google Play account.


💻 Website purchased (via Paddle) subscription

According to our refund policy, we can offer a full refund for purchases made within 7 days.

  • If you purchased through the Speak website (via Paddle), you can request a refund more quickly by following the steps below within 7 days of your purchase date.

  • For refund requests on purchases made more than 7 days ago, please contact our support team at [email protected].

Requesting a refund on the Paddle website

  1. Go to paddle.net.

  2. Click Look up my purchase.

  3. Enter the email address associated with your Speak account and click Locate my purchase. An email with your purchase details will be sent to the email address you entered.

  4. In the email from Paddle, click Verify and show purchases.

  5. For your subscription, click Get help in the top right corner.

  6. Select Refund and cancel subscription.

** Please note: Refunds via Paddle are only available for purchases made within 7 days of the purchase date.

Requesting a refund by email to Paddle

  • Subject: Refund request

  • Email content: Please include your Paddle order number or the email address used for the purchase (the one where you received the receipt).

** You can find your Paddle order number in the receipt email sent by Paddle.
