It says I’m a free member — what does that mean?
Being a free member means you’ve signed up for Speak but haven’t purchased a subscription yet. Free members can use the preview features only, and there are no charges.
It says I’m a premium member — what does that mean?
Premium members have an active subscription. During your subscription period, you can access all learning content and features.
Subscriptions renew automatically on the expiration date.
If you don’t want to renew, just cancel your subscription before it expires — it won’t renew automatically.
I bought the Premium Plus plan, but my account shows “Premium.” Is that right?
Yes, that’s correct. Once you buy a subscription (either Premium or Premium Plus), your account changes from “Free” to “Premium.”
The Premium Plus plan simply includes some extra features on top of the regular Premium plan.
I paid but it still shows Free, or I didn’t pay but it shows Premium — what should I do?
First, make sure you’re signed in with the same account you used to make the payment.
