You can update your account details from the Manage Account page in Settings.

How to open the Manage Account page:

Speak ➡️ Profile ➡️ Setting ⚙️ ➡️ Manage Account ➡️ Tap Edit next to the detail you want to change

You can update the following account details:

🙅 I can't change my email address, phone number or password

You may not be able to update your email, phone number or password in the following cases:

1️⃣ The email address or phone number is already used for another Speak account

If the email or phone number you want to change to is already registered to another Speak account, you cannot use it.

If you signed up with a social account (Google, Apple, Facebook), you cannot change your email or password.

Social sign-in does not require creating a password, so there is no password to change.

To change your email or password, you must enter your current password.

If you don’t remember it, please reset your password first.

Changing your login method is currently not supported.

You can sign in by following the steps below:

Open the Speak app and tap “Sign In.”
Select your preferred sign-in method:
- Continue with Google
- Continue with Apple
- Continue with Facebook
A web sign-in page for the selected service will open.
Sign in with your Google, Apple, or Facebook account.
You will be automatically signed in to your Speak account.
