How to contact Speak Customer Support

At Speak, we value your feedback and strive to provide the best possible service at all times.

1️⃣ Email Support

  • For languages other than Korean and Japanese, support is available only via email. We kindly ask for your understanding.

  • Please send your inquiries to [email protected].

  • When contacting us, please make sure to include your Speak account email address.

    • Speak app > Profile > Settings > Manage Account

  • Please note that multiple inquiries may cause a delay in response time.

2️⃣ Live Chat

  • Currently, live chat support is available only in Korean and Japanese.

  • Japanese live chat will be available starting January 2, 2025.

  • Korean live chat operation hours: 10:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM (KST)

    • Speak app > Profile > Settings > Support Center

3️⃣ Call center

  • Speak does not operate a call center and provides support only via email and 1:1 live chat. We will do our best to assist you quickly and accurately.
