If you can't remember the email address you used for payment, check the email account you used for payment with the information below.
1. If you paid through the Google Play Store
Payment History: Remember, the Play Store does not provide payment history via text messages. Instead, refer to the email associated with your Play Store account for an order receipt. Look for an order number starting with "GPA" in the email receipt you received.
Missing Receipt: If you can't locate your receipt, provide the email account linked to your Play Store. This information helps us trace your premium membership.
2. Payments via Speak Website (Paddle):
Receipt Availability: If you completed your payment through our website and received a receipt from Paddle in your email, please attach this receipt in your correspondence with us.
No Receipt: If you didn't receive a confirmation email after your web payment, send us the following details for payment tracking:
Date and time of payment
The last 4 digits of the card used
Payment amount We'll coordinate with Paddle for payment verification.
3. Payments via Apple App Store:
Verification Method: We rely on your login email for verification for payments made through the Apple App Store. Unfortunately, we cannot use payment details for this process.
Missing Payment ID: If you cannot locate your payment ID, a refund process may be necessary.
4. I don't know what I paid for
If you're unsure about the payment method used, provide us with an email address linked to your accounts on platforms like Line, KakaoTalk, Apple, or Facebook. We're here to assist you swiftly in identifying your premium membership.
